BAGLEY YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

BFCG Hockey is looking for qualified coaches at all boys’ levels (Bantams, Peewees, Squirts, Mites). We are looking for dependable, knowledgeable candidates with a passion for hockey and teaching kids. Past competitive coaching at higher levels is preferred but not required.

Willing to provide coaching training and guidance for any possible candidates that may be interested in younger levels (on-ice training, practice plans, etc.). Paid position along with travel reimbursement.

Reimbursement is also available for USA Hockey licensure and training.

Dodge County Youth Hockey (DCYH) Seeking non-parent coaches for all levels

Dodge County Youth Hockey is looking for non-parent head, and assistant coaches, for all youth levels.  These opportunities include boys Squirts, Pee Wee, Bantams and girls 12U and 10U.  Ideal candidates would have playing and/or coaching experience, and strong desire to help shape the next generation of young athletes in our great game of hockey.  Our non-parent coaches receive a competitive stipend for their time and effort as well as reimbursement for hotel and meals for out-of-town tournaments.

Hopkins Youth Hockey Seeking Paid Coaches for Youth Boys Teams

We are seeking passionate and experienced youth hockey coaches to join our team. A successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing practice plans, leading team meetings, managing game strategies, and coaching players of various ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement practice plans that focus on improving individual player skills and team strategies

-Lead team meetings and communicate team goals and expectations to players and parents

-Manage game strategies and provide in-game coaching and adjustments

-Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games

-Attend all practices, games, and team events

-Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for all players, coaches, and officials

-Monitor and maintain equipment, including ensuring proper fitting and safety checks

-Work collaboratively with other coaches and team staff to ensure a successful and enjoyable season

Requirements (preferred):

-Previous coaching experience in youth hockey

-Strong knowledge of hockey rules, strategies, and techniques

-Ability to effectively communicate with players, parents, and staff

-USA Hockey Coaching certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Participate and collaborate across organization for player development opportunities 
  • Assist in all other facets of the Lakeville hockey program.

Northern Lakes Seeks Head Boys High School Coach

Northern Lakes Lightning hockey co-op located in Pequot Lakes MN is seeking a High School Boys hockey coach.  The Lightning recently made their first MN State Tournament appearance and with recent success in their Bantam and Peewee programs, hope to build on that success to achieve a Class A State Title.  

A cooperative between the communities of Pequot Lakes, Pine River, Crosby, and Aitkin, this position also has a number of potential employment opportunities in the role of teacher, Athletic Director, or employment in private business.
