WELCOME TO MINNESOTA HOCKEY'S TOURNAMENT APPLICATION FOR NON-AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS! 

All tournaments hosted by organizations who are not affiliated with Minnesota Hockey must complete this process for sanctioning tournaments. 

Prior to beginning this application, it is recommended to review the rules and regulations established by Minnesota Hockey and USA Hockey regarding invitational tournaments. Follow the links below for online versions:

Please note this online application will require you to digitally submit documents regarding tournament rules, bracket/format and certificate of insurance. However, all applicable fees must be mailed to Minnesota Hockey Tournament Chair Todd Elmer at the address below.
