Minnesota Hockey is once again offering a one-time $2,500 subsidy to Minnesota Hockey affiliated programs that register to purchase a “hard divider” system for the upcoming season. The purchase will be made through Minnesota Hockey.
Associations applying for the grant must commit to purchasing one set of “hard divider” boards through Minnesota Hockey. The association will be responsible for paying $5400 to Minnesota Hockey. (The total cost is $7,900 and will be covered in part by the Minnesota Hockey subsidy.) As a component of the subsidy, the boards may include logos of Minnesota Hockey Corporate Partners.
Associations who took part in the program last season are once again eligible this season if they would like to purchase a second set of boards. Rink Systems will also be offering mini-nets at a discounted rate.
Payment will be made as follows: $1,000 deposit with this application and $4,400 which includes shipping at the time the dividers are shipped. The deposit is non refundable based on approval of the application. Associations that aren’t approved for a grant shall be reimbursed.
Please mail the $1,000 deposit to:

Grant applications will not be considered complete until we have received the deposit.
In order to maximize the effectiveness of the cross ice hard dividers and further train coaches on the American Development Model, associations are expected to host one free Coach Development Clinic during the season to qualify for this grant.
